Responsibilities:
Support all administrative duties in the office, ensuring that the office is operating smoothly.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary Perform receptionist duties as needed:
greet visitors, answer, and direct phone calls, help clients, vendors, and outside sales team Process orders, invoicing and receive payments, update CRM Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, manage outgoing mail
